  • Delivered 130+ technical procurement packages (drawings, Bill of Quantities, technical specifications) covering materials, equipment, and capital works, and scoped and sized assets, with a total value exceeding NZ$120 million.

  • Designed and supervised construction of over 35 km of water distribution mains (trunk and reticulation) and over 6 km of wastewater sewers, including field surveys.

  • Supervised more than 25 km of wastewater network construction.

  • Set the technical framework and oversaw delivery of a calibrated hydraulic model, pressure-zone sectorisation, hydrant/PRV layouts, and staged works planning for a citywide (~700 km) water reticulation assessment to support a 20-year growth plan.

  • Led commissioning of 18 wastewater pump stations, from sizing and specifying pipes, pumps, and electrical panels to on-site coordination.

  • Defined design criteria and specifications for a 500 L/s conventional water treatment plant and a 250 L/s ultrafiltration unit.

  • Designed the piping layout and aeration system and supervised construction of a 130 L/s wastewater treatment plant module.
